This Return Policy provides a clear and fair process for eligible returns in accordance with the prevailing laws of Nepal, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 and the Electronic Commerce Act, 2081.
A product may be eligible for return if it:
Is different from the product ordered or described on our website.
Arrives damaged or defective.
Is expired or unfit for its intended purpose when received.
Qualifies for return under applicable Nepalese law.
As KHETRO primarily offers food and agricultural products, return eligibility may depend on the product's nature, shelf life, packaging, seal, and condition.
Opened, consumed, altered, or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return, except where a return or other consumer remedy is required by applicable law.
For an eligible return, customers should:
Request the return within the applicable period prescribed by law or communicated by KHETRO.
Provide the relevant order details or proof of purchase.
Keep the product in its original condition, packaging, labeling, and seal where applicable.
Provide photographs or other reasonable information where required to verify the return.
Upon receiving a return request, KHETRO will review the order and condition of the product. If the return is approved, the product may be collected or returned through an approved delivery method, depending on the circumstances.
Returns may not be accepted where a product has been damaged, used, consumed, altered, or improperly stored after delivery, or where the product falls within an applicable statutory exception.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer right provided under the laws of Nepal.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit, exclude, or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the prevailing laws of Nepal. Where applicable law provides a greater right, the law shall prevail.
